President of the Management Board and CEO of NFI EM&F since April 2010. Previously worked as the President of Sephora Greater China established in Shanghai, reporting directly to the Sephora’s Global President. At the same time he was a Board Member of Sephora Asia established in Singapore, responsible for activities in the Northern Asia (China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea).

Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of NFI EM&F since 2009. Since May 2006 until the early 2007 he was a Member of the Management Board of Opoczno S.A., responsible for its development and finance. For over five years, from year 2000 to the end of 2005, he was the Finance Director, Member of the Management Board, of Polfa Kutno S.A.

Joined the EM&F Group in May 2007 – first as the SCM and IT Director of Smyk, currently as the COO/Director of the Operations and Supply Chain. Since 1998 until 2007 he worked for Accenture as the Head of the Retail Industry in the Central and Eastern Europe and Russia (2004 - 2006), Manager of Trade and Industry Operational Group in Poland (including retail, consumer goods, pharmacy, and transportation) and Member of the Warsaw Board of Directors (2006 - 2007).
